Acceptable Usage.

ReMake Acceptable Usage Policy

This Acceptable Usage Policy, in combination with the Terms and Conditions governs the usage of the Platform by Customers and their End Users.

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, ReMake may immediately suspend any Customer or End User’s access to the Platform if it determines there is a breach of this Acceptable Usage Policy. ReMake may also reject from the Platform any Assets that it determines breach this Acceptable Usage Policy.

Terms used in this Acceptable Usage Policy shall have the definitions laid out in the Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this Acceptable Usage Policy shall be considered to supersede any part of the Terms and Conditions

  1. In using the Platform, Customers and End Users agree they shall not upload Assets into the Platform, or use the Platform to generate Modified Assets, that contain or constitute:

a. content which may be illegal or unlawful in any relevant jurisdiction;

b. invasions of personal privacy;

c. pornography or obscenity, or content which would generally considered to be primarily of an "adult" nature;

d. promotions of hate or incitement of violence;

e. violations of copyright, trademark, patent, or any other personal, intellectual property, licensing restriction, usage right, or privacy right, or which constitute defamation, libel, or slander;

f. any infringement of the rights of other parties;

g. content which breaches ReMake or the Customer’s internal policies; or,

h. content which brings damage to or otherwise impacts ReMake’s reputation.

2. In using the Platform, Customers and End Users agree to the following restrictions: a. Assets must be uploaded to the platform electronically; b. Assets must take the following file types: AE/AEPX, MP4, JPG, JPEG, PNG; c. Video Assets must not be longer than 5 minutes duration; and, d. The total file size of each MP4 Asset must not be larger than 500mb.

3. Customer or any End Users may not, directly or indirectly, cause to be transmitted to, uploaded by or downloaded by, the Platform or any End User any software viruses, worms, trojan horses, time bombs, trap doors or any other computer code, files or programs or repetitive requests for information designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or to diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of the Platform; or otherwise interferes with or disrupts the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

4. Access to the Platform is only permitted to End Users with specific login credentials. Each Customer must manage their End User logins and assign them as appropriate. End Users are not permitted to share their assigned user login or disclose their personal information with any other third party. Should a Customer wish to change their End Users they must notify ReMake. This Acceptable Usage Policy may be amended at any time without notice.
